injury fear of blood clots!?

after getting an injury at football on my upper right leg where a player kicked me hard, i was taken to hospital x-rayed and no bones broken advice was rest elevate and move it dont stay still for too long.I went to my doctors 2 days later and he said he cant say if a blood clot will happen its too early and he gave same advice blood pressure was 127/85.Now im worried because when i go to the toilet for a crap there is blood iv has this 3 months ago due to anal fissure but it seems that has healed yet im bleeding. Is this due to blood clots affecting me?!?! im so afraid of getting one im even thinking of going to hospital ER in 2 weeks to make them check i havent got a blood clot im scared i wont do anything and it will kill me unexpectedly if i have one.Is my worrying rational ? or am i being stupid? the bruise is massive it covers half my hamstring and is purple blue and yellow and also on the inside of my leg its yellow.sorry so long just need advice i dont wanna die from
this :(

The blood from your poop is not related to a blood clot. If you strain to take a poop your fistula could have popped open again. With a blood clot you will want to watch your thigh, groin and calf for increased redness, swelling and pain. The pain will be totally different than the discomfort you are having from the initial injury. The best way to prevent a blood clot is to be up and moving around. Exercising the muscles in your leg will keep the blood circulating and prevent the blood from clotting.
