		<description>With treatment this should go away. However, once on anticoagulants such as Coumadin and Warfarin, one is almost certainly on it for life. I would have thought youd have twice or thrice  weekly INRs untill you got to an acceptable level taking 2mgs and 3 mgs  on alternate days. 
Normally one would have the injections for the first three days of taking the anticoagulant (we call theis the three day loading dose) then a check INR would determine if you need to continue with the injections untill the INR is stable. 
we usually use warfarin 10mgs 10mgs 5 mgs  for the first three days accompanied by fragmin injections then a follow up INR. If the inr is stable take an INR every 3 days then weekly if remains stable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lifes experiences.</description>
