and she has lost her appetite lately and she usually eats up the whole house
"normal pregnancy symtoms like eating alot of food eating starnge foods together, mood swings, morning sickness etc." I’m sorry, but a lot of these symptoms only occur much later in the pregnancy. Are you sure she was actually pregnant in the first place. You say she was only one month gone, most people don’t even know they are pregnant then.
You say she is young. How young? I suggest you both seek help and make sure you go to the doctors with her. If you plan a pregnancy it would be better to do it properly, it is a life long commitment and very hard work FOR LIFE.

If she is cramping and its actual clots then it is most likely a miscarriage, some bleeding is common during pregnancy but never enough to saturate a sanitary napkin.
Only sure way to tell is the doctor tomorrow.

OMG!!!!! That sounds serious but than again some women are different than others. Some bleed and spot throughtout their pregnancy and some dont it depends on the person. It is very important that she goes to an emergency room than to wait it out. It could be serious i mean it sounds like it. But I will go asap to the hospital. I mean better safe than sorry. Good Luck
