10 weeks pregnant and spotted pink blood after sex?
I am 10 weeks preg. and after sex w/my husband the other night I had light pink spotting when I wiped. It lasted all night and when I woke up I had a blood clot come out and then it stoped. I had no other symtoms. I called the doc. and he didn’t really give me much info. Has this happen to anyone elese and what was the outcome?
Well i was spotting throught my whole first trimester and im 23 weeks 5 days. Also after sex spotting is normal cuz the vagina is sensitive during pregnancy and causes small amounts of blood to be released sometimes it goes un-noticed.
The clot is really unusual i have never had a clot so i would go to the hospital instead of calling..

A little bit of bleeding after sex is normal during a pregnancy because the action can break blood vessels. What you don’t want is heavy bleeding as if your period had started! You’re probably fine. If you have random bleeding and did not have sex before, then you should call your doctor again.

Some spotting is quite common after sex when you are pregnant. It can happen throughout your pregnancy. Not sure about the clot. Passing clots is never "normal" during pregnancy. However, if you are not having any cramping and it has stopped, then that is a reassuring sign. I would ask to be seen just for peace of mind.

i am now 37 weeks preg with no..5 but bk in 2005 i got caught pregnant and started bleeding, i went the gp out of hours who said there nothin they can do just to keep an eye on the bleed and if there is any change to go bk, well two days later i started to bleed more and had pains went to the hospital and i lost the baby at 12 weeks. so i would really keep an eye out for any change and seek medical advice maybe, best wishes x
